CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS policy

 

Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been posted then please use our contact us form and select the Cancel my Order Option or email us at support@gex.uk quoting your order number and the item name.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been posted you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. The item must be unopened and unused in its original condition.

Return postage costs must be paid by the customer.

Damaged or Faulty

 

If your item is damaged or faulty within 30 days of receiving it you can return it for a refund.

(Discs that are scratched by customer use are not eligible)

If your item is damaged or faulty after 30 days of receiving it we will replace or repair the item.

If we are unable to replace or repair it we will refund it for you.

Return postage costs will be refunded by us to the value of Standard 2nd Class Royal Mail rates.

We may in some cases choose supply you a Returns Label.

How to make your return

If you wish to make a return then please use our contact us form selecting the Request a Return Option or email us at support@gex.uk with the following details…

  1. Customer name
  2. Order Number
  3. Item/Product
  4. Reason for return
  5. Date of Order
  6. Date Received

We will then provide you with a Returns Reference Number to add to the address label below.

Please also include the above details 1-6 inside the return package so we can identify you.
